Returns, Refunds & Exchange Policy

At KRAÉE, we take great pride in crafting each piece with extreme precision and attention to detail. All our products are meticulously made to order, ensuring the highest quality and craftsmanship. Due to the bespoke nature of our jewelry, we have outlined the following policies regarding returns, refunds, and exchanges:

1. Returns & Refunds

We do not accept returns or issue refunds under any circumstances.
Once an order has been placed, it is deemed final and cannot be modified, canceled, or refunded.

2. Warranty

We stand behind the quality of our craftsmanship and offer a 12-month warranty on our products.

The warranty does not cover:
– General wear and tear, including gold, rose gold, white gold & black rhodium plating becoming dull over time (this is natural, refer to this blog).
– Damage caused by improper use, accidents, or exposure to chemicals.

To initiate a warranty claim, please contact us at support@kraée.com with your order number and photographic evidence of the issue.

3. Exchange Policy

We do not accept returns or issue refunds under any circumstances.
To avoid sizing issues, we recommend referring to our detailed size guide available on our website. It is the customer’s responsibility to select the correct size, as we do not accept returns or exchanges due to incorrect sizing.

4. Damaged Product Upon Delivery

We will only replace an item if it arrives damaged. The following conditions apply:

Reporting Window: Customers must notify us via email within 3 days of receiving the item.

Inspection Process:
– Customers must provide clear photos or videos of the damaged product.
– Our Quality Control team will inspect the claim to determine eligibility for replacement.
– If the product is deemed undamaged or the damage is not due to manufacturing defects, the item will be returned to the customer, and the claim will be denied.
– If after inspection, the product is deemed damaged due to a manufacturing error, then the product will be replaced and returned within 2-3 weeks. 

Shipping Responsibility:
Customers are responsible for the cost of returning the item for inspection.
We recommend using a trackable and insured shipping service, as we are not liable for lost or damaged return shipments.

5. International Orders

Orders shipped outside India are not eligible for exchanges or replacements.
Customers outside of India are advised to review their order carefully before completing the purchase.

6. Exceptions & Special Cases

Custom or Engraved Jewelry: These items are bespoke and cannot be returned, exchanged, or replaced.
Incorrect Shipping Address: If an order is undeliverable due to an incorrect address provided by the customer, we are not responsible for refunds or reshipping costs.
Refused Shipments: If a customer refuses delivery, no refunds or replacements will be processed.
